Youth Presidential Volunteer Service Award
Forsyth County 4-H is a certifying organization with the Presidential Service Award. Our youth perform many hours of community service and volunteer work and we want to recognize you for that. Youth must be a U.S. citizen or a green cardholder. All hours for each level must be earned in a 12-month period. Volunteer time should only include unpaid acts of volunteer service benefiting others that are NOT family members. To earn awards please make a copy of this sheet and send it to awbowman@ncsu.edu by the second Tuesday in January in order to be recognized at the annual 4-H Achievement Night.
