Call your FCS Agent to schedule an appointment to get the dial guage on your pressure canner tested for accuracy once a year before you begin canning for the season. Food safety programs on food borne illnesses and the storage and shelf life of foods are also offered. Learn about the four easy steps to food safety: clean, separate, cook, and chill.
