Resolution Authorizing the Expenditure of County General Funds for an Economic Development Project to Aid and Encourage the Expansion by National General Management Corporation of its Insurance Business Operations in Forsyth County and Authorizing Execution of an Economic Development Agreement with National General Management Corporation
  1. PUBLIC SESSION

    2. Resolution Ratifying and Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal Agreement Between Forsyth County and the City of Winston-Salem Regarding the Shared Use of 2018 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) (Local Solicitation) Funds (Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office)
    1. Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement Between Forsyth County, the District Attorney, and the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts to Hire an Assistant District Attorney to Address the Expanding Domestic Violence Caseload of the 21st Prosecutorial District
    2. Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement Between Forsyth County, the District Attorney, and the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts to Hire One Legal Assistant I and One District Attorney Legal Assistant to Address the Expanding Domestic Violence Caseload of the 21st Prosecutorial District
    3. Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement Between Forsyth County, the District Attorney, and the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts to Hire a Legal Assistant II to Address the Expanding Domestic Violence Caseload of the 21st Prosecutorial District
    4. Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement Between Forsyth County, the Clerk of Superior Court, and the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts to Hire a Deputy Clerk to Address the Expanding Domestic Violence Caseload of the 21st Prosecutorial District

  4. Amendment to the Emergency Telephone Special System Revenue Fund to Appropriate Fund Balance for the Purchase of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Disaster Recovery IT Equipment in the Secondary Communications Center
