Synopsis and Discussion

Sunny skies early Wednesday have allowed ozone production to increase but afternoon clouds will limit any further climb resulting in upper code GREEN or low code YELLOW readings by the end of the day. Cool, cloudy weather, Thursday, will limit pollution build up keeping the air quality GOOD. A vigorous disturbance will cross the state, Friday, spreading clouds and storms throughout the region. Once again, air quality values will remain code GREEN. Sunny, warmer conditions will return, Saturday, allowing for higher ozone production pushing the AQI to the upper end of code GREEN (GENTRY).
