Free Tai Chi in Walkertown: New Evening Class in May!

Now is the perfect time to choose health, balance and vitality in your life. As an old saying says; "What You Practice, You Become". Tai Chi practice is known to help with weight loss, relaxation, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress, increasing flexibility and much more.
Come and learn from a Tai Chi instructor Jeff Wolf (Jeff Wolf Martial Arts). Wear loose comfortable clothing like sweatpants and t-shirt, or shorts and t-shirt if you prefer, and a comfortable flat soled shoe. Bring a bottle of water, and a notebook to keep notes if you choose. Anyone who has a serious medical condition should consult with their health care professional before beginning the class.
Every Friday at 10:30 am in Walkertown Library Auditorium.
New evening class will be offered in May, every Monday at 7 pm.
