Financial Series : Social Security Basics at Lewisville Branch

You have paid into Social Security, but what does that really mean? On Tuesdays, March 20th & 27th at 6:00PM local financial professional Scott Walker will cover everything you need to know in this 2 session Financial Series course, from the basics, to how Social Security should function as part of an overall income plan. Firefighter Storytime

We will be visited by a firefighter from the Lewisville Fire Department on Tuesday, April 10 at 10:15 AM at the Lewisville Branch Library. They will read a story and teach us about fire safety. Recommended for children aged 3 - 5 years and their caregivers, but all ages are welcome.


Forsyth County Public Libraries Closed on Good Friday and Easter Sunday

All FCPL branches will be closed Friday (3/30) and Sunday (4/1) in observance of Good Friday and Easter Sunday. We will be open on Saturday (3/31) during our regular Saturday hours.

Baby Sign Language Group

The Baby Sign Language Group meets every Monday from 3:15-4:00 PM at the Lewisville Branch Library. You and your baby will be able to practice your sign language and learn new signs in a supportive group environment. Baby sign language is used to help young children communicate through gestures before speech fully develops. Recommended for children 0-2 years and their caregivers. Free and open to the public.
