New Yoga Classes in Walkertown in April

Join us for the free one-hour Yoga class for Adults. Yoga promotes weight loss, strengthens muscles, helps you to relax, and helps manage stress.

Bring your yoga mat, a small blanket or a beach towel.

The instructor is Lisa Kushner. New students please call the library to register at 336-703-2990.
