Develop Your Way to Success: Free Seminar at Walkertown Saturday, February 18th

Antwain Tate Goode, PhD, local author of a book "Bet the Farm", will present a free seminar on how to “Develop Your Way to Success.” Speaking from personal experience, Dr. Goode will guide listeners on becoming more successful, confident, and effective both personally and professionally. Saturday, February 18th at 11 am at the Walkertown Branch Library.

African American Genealogy at Walkertown Monday, February 13th, 2 pm

Learn about tips and resources for starting African American genealogy research. This free program is presented by North Carolina Room staff and features tips for researching African American genealogy resources online. The program will also cover the different types of resources unique to African American history that are used to find genealogy information. Genealogy Starter Kits and resources list will be available. Monday, February 13th, 2 pm at Walkertown Branch library.
