Health Clinics
The Forsyth County Dept. of Public Health offers the following clinics:
These clinics are staffed daily (Monday through Friday) by registered nurses, physician assistants, and other professional staff.
Most clinics do not require residence in Forsyth County (or even North Carolina), but some do require appointments (see each clinic listing for these
details).
These clinics do not provide primary physician care or sick care. Those services may be obtained by contacting private physicians in our community or
the Downtown Health Plaza at (336) 713-9800.
Neighborhood Clinics are also offered (for persons who do not have private doctors) at Trinity Moravian Church and Bethany Baptist Church several times
each month. These are walk-in clinics which provide free health screenings, immunizations, and laboratory tests.
Spanish-speaking interpreters are provided for all clinics, as needed.
