Clemmons Annual Muddy River Scholastic Art Show

The Muddy River Art Association is hosting a scholastic art show which includes young artists from local schools at the Clemmons Public Library Auditorium. The exhibit will be on view from March 19th until April 5th 2013.

This annual show includes 10 pieces of visual art from each school. The art teachers of the schools submitted 10 pieces that they had chosen for this annual show.
Ms. Justine Linville, a well-known local artist and teacher, will judge the show. All students will receive certificates of participation and first, second, and third prizes will be awarded within each school’s entries.

This is the list of schools involved this year:

  • Clemmons Elementary
  • Clemmons Middle School
  • Forsyth County Day School including Elementary, Middle and High Schools
  • Frank Morgan Elementary
  • Lewisville Elementary
  • Marvin Ward Elementary
  • Meadow Lark Elementary and Middle Schools
  • Southwest Elementary
  • West Forsyth High School

A reception will be held on Saturday, March 30th, 2:30-4:00 pm. All students, parents and relatives, as well as teachers and the public are invited.
