Sheriff's Office to Receive Cycle Donation

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office is proud to be the recipient of a bicycle from Mike Cobbler, the owner of Cycle Therapy Bikes of Lewisville, NC. Sheriff William T. Schatzman will be accepting the bicycle to be used by Lewisville Community Policing.

Cobbler, an avid cyclist, recognized the benefit of equipping a Community Policing Officer with a bicycle. The donation will allow an increased presence of law enforcement during large events and in the community where a patrol vehicle could not access.

On Monday afternoon, April 8th, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., Cycle Therapy Bikes will officially donate the bicycle to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Lewisville Community Policing Section. The event will take place at Cycle Therapy Bikes, located at 1347 Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville, NC.
