Guest Dancers for Tuesday Storytime, January 6 at Walkertown

Winston-Salem Festival Ballet will preview their upcoming Fairy Tale show for all ages at Walkertown Branch Storytime, 10:30 am, Tuesday, January 6.

Along with hearing one or more of the tales--Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel, or Rumplestiltskin--dancers will bring the story to life, engaging lovers of stories and dance, toddlers to adults. These special guests will then take time to meet and greet, so don't forget your camera or phone.

"To create and inspire, engage and excite our audiences as they experience the art of dance," is the mission of the Winston-Salem Festival Ballet. For more about this professional dance company, click here.

Interactive library programs such as Storytime and Music & Movement are designed to do more than just entertain. Besides coming to the library for fun, your children will gain social skills, experience culture, and begin a journey of learning at every age.
