Deputy Karen Gray Retires

Deputy Gray began her law enforcement career on July 31st, 2000 with the FCSO as a Deputy Sheriff. She has served in many areas of law enforcement throughout her career to include Pistol Permits, Civil, Transportation and Domestic Violence.

Deputy Gray attended basic and advanced Civil schools, Police Law Institute training and Crisis Intervention training. She was also a Field training Officer for the FCSO. In 2006, Deputy Gray was the recipient of the Rufus Dalton Award for her actions and bravery during a line of duty injury sustained while detaining an inmate. She was also chosen as Sworn Staff Member of the Month in March 2014.

Deputy Gray will be missed and we wish her the best in all future endeavors. Congratulations Deputy Gray!
