Friends of Central Library Spring Book Sale

The Friends of Central Library Spring Book Sale will take place April 17th, 18th and 19th at 590 N. Marshall Street in Winston-Salem.

Choose from tens of thousands of books, magazines, CDs, records, DVDs and VHS tapes from donated collections and discarded Central Library materials. Several books of significant historical interest will also be for sale.

Many Spanish language books will also be available. On Sunday, all remaining materials will be on sale for half price, or fill a bag full of books and other library materials for just $5.00.

There will be a silent auction for books of special interest and value. Free to the public. Dealers and re-sellers will be charged a fee at the door. For more information contact the Friends of Central Library or call 703-3019.

All proceeds support the new Central Library and its programs, including summer reading initiatives for children teens and adults.

Friday, April 17th 3 pm to 7 pm
Saturday, April 18th, 9 am to 5 pm
Sunday, April 19th 1 pm to 5 pm

Location: Lower level of the old Environmental Affairs Building 590 Marshall Street, Winston-Salem. (Use Marshall Street entrance.) Convenient, free parking on nearby Spruce street, (near 6th street).
