On The Same Page Movie and Discussion of "Pariah" on Monday, Sept. 16  at 6 p.m. at Carver Library

"Pariah" will be shown at the Carver School Road Branch Library on Monday, Sept. 16 at 6 p.m. "Pariah" is the story of a black teenager (Adepero Oduye) living in Brooklyn who embraces her identity as a lesbian, but struggles with how much she can confide in her parents (Kim Wayans, Charles Parnell). This film is rated R for mature content and language. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. 1 hour 27 minutes.
