  1. The date and hours for voting in the election.
  2. Instructions on how to vote using the voting machines in that polling place.
  3. Instructions on how to cast provisional ballots.
  4. Instructions to mail-in registrants and first-time voters on how to comply with requirements regarding voter registration.
  5. General information on voting rights, such as how to contact appropriate officials to complain of violations.
