Big Book Sale at Central Library

Come out Nov. 16-18 to the Central Library for the Friends of the Library's Big Book Sale. All sales support the new Central Library and its programs, including the Children's Summer Reading Program. Search from tens of thousands of gently used books, CDs, DVDs, and more donated by individuals as well as public and academic libraries. It's free to the public. Shelves are restocked each day. Free parking is available at the 5th and Spring Street parking lot, across from Bibs Downtown BBQ. Entranc


Give Thanks, Give Blood at the Lewisville Branch

This Thanksgiving...Give Hope, Give Life, Give Blood. Help someone in your community this holiday by donating blood. The American Red Cross will be on-site at the Lewisville Branch Library on Tuesday, Nov. 20 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
