Food 4 Fines @ the Library, May 1st - 31st

The Forsyth County Public Library is excited to announce the return of our very popular Food for Fines campaign. Donations will be accepted during the month of May. All collected food items will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC to help in the fight against hunger in our community.

Poet, novelist, DJ and jazz aficionado Dr. Nathaniel Mackey will be the featured poet for On the Same Poem 2017. On The Same Poem is the shared community experience of reading and discussing a single poem to promote appreciation of poetry and to spark dialogue between diverse segments of the population.
