Monday Movie Night

In honor of the library's 2019 community read title "Speak No Evil" by Uzodinma Iweala, the Lewisville Branch will be showing "To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar" on for our Monday Movie Night. This film was produced by Universal Pictures and stars Patrick Swayze, Wesley Snipes, and John Leguizamo. Three New York drag queens travel cross-country on their way to Hollywood, but a broken-down car strands them in a narrow-minded Midwestern town, where they share makeup tips with the ladies and show the hostile men how to treat women right.
