GWC is not a program for elite students — anybody can learn to code. Our club will focus the concepts of programming to build an app or website. The Library is partnering with Wake Forest Baptist Health to present a year-long series of programs on healthy aging. Programs will take place the second Tuesday of each month in the Central Library Auditorium.
The Malloy/Jordan East Winston Heritage Center is truly unique in the Forsyth County Public Library system. Customers experience a traditional library setting, but the resources available are from the African-American perspective. The Heritage Center’s mission is to preserve African-American heritage, history, and culture.
