Change Announced for Out-of-Area FCPL Library Card Holders

Beginning Sunday, March 1st, 2015 anyone applying for a Forsyth County Public Library card who resides outside of Forsyth, Yadkin, Surry, Stokes, Rockingham, Guilford, Davidson and Davie counties will be assessed an annual fee of $25 before a card will be issued.
Anyone currently holding a card and residing outside of this eight county area will not be assessed the fee until their card comes up for renewal. Non-resident library card holders must renew in person at any location of the Forsyth County Public Library.
