3D Printing Workshop for Adults at Walkertown

Have you heard about 3D printing and want to learn more? Come see a demonstration of a 3D printer on Tuesday, March 13 at 11 am at the Walkertown Branch Library. Learn the basics of how an idea becomes reality using 3D modeling and Computer Aided Design (CAD) through Google Sketchup and see the final print process in action.

He will share painting demonstrations and coach students to complete paintings unique to their varied interests and styles. Students are responsible for providing their own supplies. Basket Weaving at Walkertown Saturday, March 3, 10 am

Instructor John Wald will help you learn how to create a Shaker style basket. These baskets are perfect for decorating your home or as a gift. The Hometown Crisis: Opioid Epidemic Monday, March 5 at 6 pm at Walkertown

On Monday, March 5 at 6 pm, Daren Ziglar will speak at Walkertown Branch Library on The Hometown Crisis: Opioid Epidemic. Mr. Ziglar is Assistant Chief for Forsyth County Emergency Services and a Medical Examiner for Forsyth County. Attend this important community meeting to learn valuable information about the opioid crisis, including what is being done at state and local levels.
