Free Yoga Class in Walkertown

Join us for the free one-hour Yoga class for Adults and Teens. Yoga promotes weight loss, strengthens muscles, helps you to relax, and helps manage stress.

Bring your yoga mat, a small blanket or a beach towel.

The instructor is Lisa Kushner.
