Library resources can be used to help investigate chronic health conditions like SAD.

Magazine articles have the most current information. Thousands of magazine articles are available online through the Library's Online Resources pages and at our new Zinio magazine collection. Scholarly journal articles as well as the latest research can be found online using the Library's health and wellness tools. A collection of useful information about SAD is available on the MedlinePlus website.

Books are the resource to use when you want to investigate a topic more thoroughly. The Library owns many books about seasonal affective disorder. eBooks are also available and may be used for free from any computer or device with an Internet connection.

As always, remember to call your Library for help finding the information you need to learn more about any health topic. SAD is real. Find out what you can do to feel better.
