Deputy Bethea is assigned to the busiest civil process zones which he maintains well without asking for any assistance. He possesses a good work ethic and also a great attitude among co-workers and the citizens of Forsyth County. Deputy Bethea has also demonstrated his merits by assisting the Winston-Salem Fire Department on two vehicle fires where he was the first public safety professional on the scene. Deputy Bethea used his portable extinguisher until the Fire Department arrived.

On two separate occasions, Deputy Bethea assisted Forsyth County EMS and WSFD with a female who had just given birth a few days earlier that needed immediate medical attention. This took place at a residence where Deputy Bethea was serving a civil process. The second was a motor vehicle accident involving a pregnant female and her two children whose vehicle was struck by a tractor-trailer. Deputy Bethea was first on the scene and assisted with patient care for the individuals. Congratulations Deputy Bethea!
