    1. Revised Home and Community Care Block Grant for Older Adults County Funding Plan for FY 2013-2014 - It reflects Trans-Aid's ability to spend their allocation at 100% with a shift of funds between services (from General to Medical Transportation). The allocation amount does not change.
    2. Corrected Home and Community Care Block Grant for Older Adults County Funding Plan for FY 2014-2015 adopted at the June 9, 2014 Board meeting - It reflects a correction in a Service Code and Projected Reimbursement Rate. The allocation amounts do not change.
