On the Same Poem
On the Same Poem On the Same Poem welcomes Larry Barron, LB the Poet. LB, a North Carolina activist and Winston-Salem leader in the poetry community, will be our featured poet for Forsyth County Public Library’s On the Same Poem Luncheon, Thursday, April 26th at noon at the Forsyth County Central Library Auditorium. LB the Poet's featured poem is from his newest work, WORD - "The Poetic Evolution of a Black Man's Story". On the Same Poem Luncheon The On the Same Poem Luncheon has become a staple of National Poetry Month in Forsyth County. LB the Poet will be reading from Transitions. Over a brown bag lunch, participants will discuss the poem, facilitated by discussion leaders at each table. The luncheon will conclude with LB answering questions from the audience. As space is limited, please contact us to make reservations.
