Bring your lunch to Central Library and join the Small Business Center in this free four-part series on the basics of starting a business. All sessions will take place on Thursdays in February from noon to 1:30 in the Auditorium.

Martha Larson, Small Business Center Director, will lead participants through the basics of developing a business concept. Business financing is one of the most asked about issues in a business start up or operations. Learn the various ways to fund a business and how to prepare for borrowing. Terri Watkins, marketing professional will discuss aspects of establishing a brand and marketing a business. From start-up to an established business, marketing should be analyzed and change with the times to be more effective. Learn techniques for developing marketing strategies.
