Join Tina Smith, Museum Educator for the Lam Museum of Anthropology at Wake Forest University, at 2 p.m. on Saturday June 24 for a discussion on the origins of American foods. Learn how native foods and agriculture from Native American, African, Mexican, and other cultures have and continue to shape American cuisine.
