A public hearing on the proposed 2021 schedules of values, standards and rules for the reappraisal of real property in Forsyth County will be held during the 2 p.m. County Commissioner meeting on September 24, 2020. There will be no meeting place where members of the public can be physically present at the meeting. All persons interested in the public hearing on the proposed 2021 schedules of values, standards and rules are invited by the Board of Commissioners to present their views by submitting a written comment to email@example.com by Friday, September 25, 2020.
These schedules, standards and rules are available for public inspection in the Tax Assessor's Office located on the First Floor of the Forsyth County Government Center, 201 N. Chestnut Street, Winston Salem NC. Please call the Tax Office at (336) 703-2300 for questions or for more information.
