On the Same Poem welcomes Larry Barron, LB the Poet. LB, a North Carolina activist and Winston-Salem leader in the poetry community, will be our featured poet for Forsyth County Public Library’s On the Same Poem Luncheon, Thursday, April 26th at noon at the Forsyth County Central Library Auditorium. Our latest public display was installed on Thursday, March 29th and will be available through May 31st. Dot Shuford of Rural Hall, has graced our lobby display window with 12 original colored page works of art. She is excited to have her very first art display available for all to see right here in the library. The staff was blown away by her skillful use of color to make the images really come alive.
