National Library Week

Welcome to your library -- anywhere and anytime. This year for National Library Week, we would like to consider the ways that libraries extend beyond the walls of our buildings. If anything this year has taught us is that the library will always be accessible anytime and anywhere. Celebrate National Library Week with us and let us know what you love about the library.

Here's how you can participate:

  1. Come See Us

Visit your library in-person or online
Whether you're visiting in person or virtually, libraries offer the opportunity to explore new worlds through access to technology, multimedia content, and educational programs. Take time to connect with your library during National Library Week to see all they have to offer.

  2. Tag Us on Social Media

Participate in #WhyILoveMyLibrary and Tag Us @FCPublicLibrary
Share what you love about the resources and services at the library by posting on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook with the hashtag #WhyILoveMyLibrary. It can be a book or ebook, virtual storytime, program, location, book clubs, etc. Or, it can be about how we may have helped you during the pandemic and social distancing. Don't forget to tag us @FCPublicLibrary.

Your support helps us thrive and continue our services.

  3. Follow Us

Follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and check out our magazine "Intersections"
Follow us so you don't miss out on anything we have to offer.
You can also check out our magazine "Intersections" to see what's happening in the community and what we've got going on. Take a look at our first issue.
