Sergeant S. Shepherd is currently assigned to the Professional Standards Division. She has been employed by the Sheriff’s Office since September 30, 1991. During the month of February Sgt. Shepherd has had to quickly learn the duties of her subordinates and those of her superiors to assist with projects on very short notice. She has also had to cover shortages and perform extra duties due to staff illnesses and other absences. Sgt. Shepherd has successfully implemented positive changes in her areas of supervision. She has proven herself to be reliable and has performed to the highest of expectations.
