Mrs. B. Troutman has been employed as a Senior Office Assistant at the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center since 2002. Mrs. Troutman displays a positive attitude and provides excellent customer service to everyone she assists. Mrs. Troutman remains security minded when dealing with sensitive information and capitalizes on her training by accessing proper databases to ensure that operations within the facility run smoothly. Mrs. Troutman shares her passion for helping, improving and caring for the staff at the detention center as well as for those at the administrative building of the Sheriff’s Office. Mrs. Troutman’s unselfish willingness to help others is just one of many reasons why she is being commended as the Civilian Staff Member of the Month for March.
