Kites at Lewisville Library

Celebrate summer and help us decorate the library at this special Books Alive program! Children are invited to create a bright, colorful kite to hang in the children's area. Our craft will begin at the end of the regular Books Alive. We'll provide the supplies, you bring your creativity!

Books Alive is an interactive program for Kindergarten through 3rd graders. Every session starts with a two minute “actor’s warm-up,” followed by reading selected book of the month, and then kids get on their feet and learn by doing. Our book this month is Frog and Toad Are Friends.

Join us Saturday, May 25th at 10:30 a.m. in the Lewisville Library Storytime Room.

For more information, call 703-2940 or email the Children's Librarian.
