NASA Solar System Ambassador to visit Central Library

Whether we realize it or not, technology, derived from man's many explorations into space, is becoming more and more a part of our daily lives.

Bill Riddle, a certified NASA Solar System Ambassador through the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of the California Institute of Technology, will provide a highly interesting look into the science and discoveries of the US space program and how advances made from space exploration impact daily life.

From the discovery of Velcro to breakthroughs in medical science, space exploration has opened up a new and exciting frontier that we all can learn and benefit from.

Bring the kids for what promises to be a great opportunity to learn more about space exploration and the science behind this effort.
