Computer ABCs Returns!
When you sit in front of a computer, do you feel nervous and jittery inside? Do you want to know a little about how a computer works? Do you need practice using a mouse-the computer device, not the animal? Is it a challenge navigating on a website? Computer ABCs is the workshop for you!
This workshop will take place in the Auditorium on Mon., October 26th & Tues., October 27th from 2-3:30 pm. In this two day session, participants will:
- learn basic parts of a laptop computer
- have an overall understanding of the keyboard functions
- understand basic Windows environment and navigate the desktop
- perform an internet search using Google
- look up a book in the online library catalog
- gain confidence in their own personal computer skills
