We are proud to bring back our Anime Club Cosplay Contest, a craftsmanship award show with a catwalk display, prizes, and other fun events! And if you don't want to compete, (but still want to be seen) come by pre-judging and let us know. The word Cosplay is a portmanteau of two words: costume and play. It is a performance art in which participants called cosplayers wear costumes and fashion accessories to represent a specific character. This year we are offering a chance for you to show off your skills and love for Anime and Video games by entering in our Cosplay Contest.
Rural Hall's Anime Club usually meets the second Tuesday of every month. Where members gather to watch anime, discuss favorite shows & manga, play games & trivia, do crafts, cosplay, and more. Must be in the 6th to 12th grade to attend Anime Club and to be eligible for the Cosplay Contest.
We want everyone to have a good time. So here are some guidelines to keep in mind:
Winners will be announced and prizes awarded the day of the contest. Please, ask Questions! Call 336-703-2977 or send us an email.
