Free Movie Screening: Blue Velvet

Thursday, August 31 at 8:00 pm at the Clemmons Branch Library (This is a special after-hours screening. Only the auditorium and bathrooms will be accessible. The rest of the library will NOT be open for business!)

Join us for a free screening of David Lynch's 1986 cult classic! College student Jeffrey Beaumont (Kyle MacLachlan) returns home after his father has a stroke. When he discovers a severed ear in an abandoned field, Beaumont teams up with detective's daughter Sandy Williams (Laura Dern) to solve the mystery. They believe beautiful lounge singer Dorothy Vallens (Isabella Rossellini) may be connected with the case, and Beaumont becomes drawn into her dark, twisted world.

This film is rated R. You must be 18 years old to attend. Snacks and beverages (including blue velvet cake!) will be provided.
