Local History Lecture Series : Quartz, Rhyolite, and Economics in the Upper Yadkin River Valley, AD

Join us at the Lewisville Branch to learn how stones tell us the stories of the past. In this next presentation in our Local History Lecture Series, Eric Jones, Archaeologist and Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Wake Forest University, will show us how the stone tools of the distant past can reveal interesting details about trade, culture and the daily life of Native American communities of the Piedmont region.
