North Carolina Beatnik Poetry Reading

As part of National Poetry Month, join us as we celebrate North Carolina’s Beat Poets on Monday, April 15th from 6 - 7 p.m. in the Central Library Auditorium. Step back to the days of bongos, and berets, join in as we share the works of Black Mountain College’s beat poets. Pick a poem, grab a beret and take the stage. This program is free and open to teens and adults.
