Would you like to become more fit with just a short walk each day? Join the library's Fitness Walk! We have a great group leader, a certified fitness instructor Robin Klar. We meet at the library and walk in the area.
Walking for just 30 minutes a day will help you stay fit.
Some of Our Goals:
1. To become more fit.
2. To walk each day for 30 minutes.
3. To become a consistent walker.
4. To become more familiar with this area.
The first walk is Tuesday, September 3. We'll meet at the Walkertown Branch Library every Tuesday at 9 a.m., and walk together in the area.
