Forsyth County adds employee clinic
Forsyth County Government is partnering with Wake Forest Baptist Health to
open a new Employee Health & Wellness Clinic on Jan. 22.
The clinic, located on the county’s Human Services Campus, will serve
county employees, their dependents and retirees who are enrolled in the
county’s medical insurance plan. The clinic’s services include sick visits,
wellness exams, health management, and counseling services for employees

The clinic is part of the voluntary Healthkick Forsyth County Wellness
Program with Wake Forest Baptist Health, which includes screenings, health
coaches, wellness activities, educational workshops, and wellness
incentives for county employees. Employees do not have to be signed up for
Healthkick to use the new clinic.
“We are excited to partner with Forsyth County Government in making the
health and wellness of their employees a top priority,” said Danielle
Lamphier, Associate VP Health and Wellness at Wake Forest Baptist Health.
“We believe that this new clinic will give employees and their families
convenient, easy access to quality healthcare that will improve their
health and overall lives.”
All employee health information is highly confidential and governed by
HIPAA privacy laws. The county does not receive any health information
about individual employees.
