Covid-19 Late List Penalty Waiver Request

Due to the State of Emergency, including the fact that the Internal Revenue Service extended the deadline for filing income taxes to July 15, 2020, there is a likelihood that some taxpayers will have difficulty meeting the April 15, 2020 extended deadline to list personal property. For those who timely requested a listing extension and listed after April 15, 2020, you may make a request to the Board of Equalization and Review to waive the late listing penalty.
