Walkertown Branch Library has Playaway Bookpack kits available to borrow (for more information on the borrowing policy, click here). Bookpack kits are a fun way to engage with themed books by listening to audio while reading along. The best part is, there's no CD-player required!
Borrowing Information
How can they be borrowed?
They can be found in the windowsill to the left of the children's area at Walkertown Branch Library and patrons of any age can check them out with a library card in good standing.

How long can they be borrowed?
Playaway Bookpack kits can be checked out for three weeks and can be renewed four times.
They can be placed on hold and you can
click here to see which kits are available at Walkertown Branch Library or
here for kits available across Forsyth County Public Libraries.
How can they be returned?
They can be returned to AV drops outside or to indoor book returns at any Forsyth County Public Library (or any NC Cardinal location). If there is no AV drop outside or it won't fit in the slot, we ask that you return the item inside to minimize damage.
