Silver Arts exhibit at Central Library until April 30

Silver Arts is an annual program, sponsored by the Winston-Salem Recreation and Parks Department, to keep senior adults healthy, active and involved, by providing a forum for showcasing creative talents in visual, heritage, literary, and performing arts.

The 2021 Silver Arts exhibit is on the second floor of the Central Library. This exhibit includes a variety of media, such as oil, pastel, acrylic, watercolor, photography and mixed media. There are also entries of weavings, quilting and sculpture. To read the literary entries, please visit the North Carolina Room on the second floor and ask for the flash drive.

While you are in the North Carolina Room, you can vote for your favorite entries in all categories. The Silver Arts exhibit will be on display until April 30.
