UNCW Marine Biology Presentations (Virtual)

Presentations from Marine Biologists
Monday, July 19 from 5 – 6 p.m. - Presenters are Dr. Michael S. Tift, Dr. Luis A. Huckstadt, and graduate students
Wednesday, July 21 from 5 – 6 p.m. - Presenters are Dr. Ann Pabst and graduate students
Thursday, July 22 from 5 – 6 p.m. - Presenters are Mr. William A. McLellan and graduate students
Friday, July 23 from 5 – 6 p.m. - Ms. Tiffany Keenan-Bateman and graduate students

Professors and graduate students from the Department of Marine Biology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington will present their research with various marine mammals. Each session will be about different research topics focusing on the conservation, ecology, anatomy, and physiology of marine mammals. They will also discuss what steps would be needed for someone to become a marine biologist and to enter their field.
Recommended for ages 12 and up.
