The Personal Archivist: Archiving Your Family History

Meet us in the Central Library Makerspace on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. to learn how to select and preserve family heirlooms such as photographs, papers, and clothing or textiles. Each of these materials has different safe storage needs.

Each participant will receive a personal archiving kit. Presented by Karen Feeney, certified archivist and supervisor of the North Carolina Collection at the Central Library. Limit of 10 participants.
