New Forsyth County manager to hold listening sessions

New Forsyth County Manager Shontell Robinson will be holding a series of listening sessions, to meet the community and hear feedback from county residents.

All meetings will be held from 6 - 7:30 p.m. at the following Forsyth County Public Library branches:

Walkertown Branch Library - Tuesday, July 9
Carver School Road Branch Library - Wednesday, July 17
Forsyth County Central Library - Thursday, July 18
Clemmons Branch Library - Tuesday, July 30
Malloy/Jordan East Winston Heritage Center - Thursday, August 1
Lewisville Branch Library - Tuesday, August 6
Paddison Memorial Branch Library (Kernersville) - Tuesday, August 13
Rural Hall/Stanleyville Branch Library - Wednesday, August 14
Southside Branch Library - Tuesday, August 20
Reynolda Manor Branch Library - Wednesday, August 21

Robinson became the new manager of Forsyth County on July 1. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and business management functions at public, private and nonprofit organizations. She was hired as director of Forsyth County Human Resources in 2014 and promoted to assistant manager and deputy manager in 2020. She is the first African American and first woman to serve as manager of Forsyth County.
