Hasani Mitchell Named as One of Black Business Ink’s 40 Under 40 Honorees
Hasani Mitchell, Forsyth County Community and Economic Development Program Administrator, was among Black Business Ink’s 40 Under 40
Each year, Black Business Ink honors 40 esteemed individuals, from Forsyth and Guilford counties, under the age of 40 who are recognized for their passion for greatness, tenacity to persevere and their humanity. This year’s State of Black North Carolina Conference began with an awards banquet to recognize all honorees and acknowledge their invaluable impact in the Triad.
Prior to joining the County, Mitchell worked as the Diversity Compliance Specialist and the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Project Manager with the City of Winston-Salem as well as the Executive Director / Founder of the ACCESS Center for Equity + Success. Hasani has harnessed his passion for equity and business advancement to propel this community forward with each new investment he pursues. Hasani’s strategic problem-solving, team-driven mindset and people-focused leadership have been crucial additions to the Community & Economic Development department and Forsyth County.
Since 2020, North Carolina publication, Black Business Ink has been celebrating the achievements of Black business leaders, entrepreneurs and community influencers in the Triad. Filling the pages of each issue are empowering, educational and informative stories of Black business persons whose work is shaping the economic ecosystem of our community.
